The Dual-Shear™; M160 two shaft shredder utilizes a high-torque, low-speed design to efficiently deliver multipurpose shredding with greater reliability and lower maintenance requirements than other technologies. M160 two shaft shredders are available in both electric and hydraulic versions to meet your specific processing requirements. The Dual-Shear™ shredder outputs "strips" that are the width of the cutters. Each shaft of the M160 two shaft shredder is directly splined to the drive which allows maximum power to each shaft with fewer gears; therefore, fewer parts and less maintenance. Each drive can be set independently to give varying speeds in the cutting chamber for optimum performance in many applications.
