The ALPHA 500 SINGLELOOP carpet weaving machine is especially well-suited for production of loop and flat carpeting as area rugs or wall-to-wall carpeting for the residential, contract or transport sectors. The weaving machine stands out by virtue of its operational stability and very high productivity; three times higher than on a wire loom. Its basic setup features reduced space between the double grippers as well as a specific pull-out device, by means of which the auxiliary weft required for loop formation is removed already during the weaving process.
