Elyx Web Server captures GIS functionality in the form of Web Services in REST and SOAP formats. It offers a range of web services which comply with OGC (WMS, WFS) standards.
Elyx Web Client incorporates Portlet technology compliant with the new standards for Web Services and Portlet management, Java JSR-286 and WSRP 2.0 defined by W3C. All the GIS functionality available in Elyx Kernel can be accessed through Elyx Web via a user-friendly interface. In addition, Elyx Web can link to the management of metadata from Geonetwork/Geosource and provides a permanent interface for data sharing with Elyx ETL.
