System-F is a high-performance bagging system with FFS technology (form-fill-seal) Here the bag is first shaped from a flat plastic film and then filled and then heat-sealed. The area of application of these machines spans from fine powders to lumpy materials, which can be dry or moist.
All format sets (forming shoulders) can be adjusted. Thanks to a patented magazine system for forming shoulders, several format sets can be available ready for use. It is thus possible to adjust the width of the bag with just a few movements.

Vakuum
System-F is the only packing system to offer the possibility of completely built-in removal by suction of the residual air remaining in the bag. The suction can optionally be preceded by gassing of the product, in order e.g. to prolong the shelf-life of the product or cause similar, positive characteristics.
