The Paint system was designed to have an automation package ready to be integrated into your cell. This means that the Paint system comes with the required electrical cabinet and purge system, the analog I/O module ready to connect for the paint parameters such as fan width, material flow, atomizing pressure or voltage and bell speed for electrostatic applications.

The TX250 paint robot makes the difference, thanks to a better process control (PAINTIXEN Advanced Control Software allows the control of any paint parameter), an increase in paint and solvents savings (+30% transfer rate), a high quality trajectory, high flexibility, allows the management of parts of complex/ multiple sizes, as well as an increase in throughput.
