The machine has a unique design to ensure that the bottom blast wheels are all positioned at the same distance from the work piece to give maximum efficiency.
All the blast wheels are angled to give positive cleaning on the end faces. The twelve blast wheels are directly driven by a cast iron 18.5 kW motor. As an
option a 30kW motor that will increase the line speed. All the blast wheel parts are made from 25% Hi-Chrome castings.
