  • de-oiling centrifuge 25 - 100 l | KIPP-POLAR ZAU series Steimel

The tumble dryer ZAU is a fully automatically operating batch-type centrifuge for the treatment of free flowing parts. The machine can be single-operated manually or operated as a STEIMEL- Robot-Polar facility system. It is offered in three sizes. Drums or staple transport cases (also customer specific) are used for the bulk material.
The drive unit and the drum carrier (case) is mounted on bearings and can be swivelled. The conceptual design of the tumble dryer unifies two operating methods in one machine.
The parts are centrifuged, the drum being in a vertical position. The speed can be adjusted up to max. 400 rpm. This process is supported by a heater which is also adjustable.
In a tilted drum position the material is centrifuged at a low speed (20 rpm). In the drying process the adjustable heater is also used. In this drum position parts can e. g. also be de-oiled.
Due to the alternating operations "centrifuging" und "revolving" in connection with the hot-air blower even difficult material is quickly dried or de-oiled.

Optimum treatment results for ladling parts
Variable spinning off speed up to 400 rpm
Gentle circulation of the material at 20 rpm up to an inclined position of 55 degrees
Heating selectable within temperature range, effective for vertical and inclined drum position
