Single spiral belt of Group 1300 The single spiral belt consists of round wire spirals from Group 400. The braided pattern is as in Group 500, one-sided, single insertion with additional plain cross bars, open execution, with joined edge, spirals pressed and cross bars welded to spirals. This type of belt is used for continuous furnaces for annealing, heat treatment, brazing, etc., and for drying and cooling kilns. Single spiral belts are produced in a width of up to 1,500 mm and can withstand temperatures up to 1,200 °C.
