Stellram has a range of tools for use on Swiss Auto type lathes with small cross section shanks from 0.375” (10mm) square to 0.750” (20mm) square. Grades and geometries are available to handle the specific feeds and speeds associated with these machines.

Some other features of this program are:

- Nose radii starting at 0 for excellent surface finishes and sharp internal corners
- New –62 geometry and new PVD technology
- Equal shank and tool tip dimensions on all toolholders for programming ease
- Boring bars with standard coolant holes to aid in chip evacuation
- Part-off inserts from 1.6mm/0.063” to 3.0mm/.118” widths
- Integral shank cutoff and grooving holders for maximum rigidity
- Back turning holders and inserts for turning behind a shoulder eliminates additional operations
- Tungsten Carbide reinforced boring bars to eliminate chattering
