The process is described in the process section.This process is well adapted for heat treatment of punches of liquid solutions and dry air cooling, in order to have dry and clear punches at the end of the cycle.To ensure a dry process, somme heat exchanger plates are mounted in the vessel to pre heat and/or to cool the circulating air.
The retort is built according to customer specifications and all the pharmaceutical options are available.
We can also mix the process and built a biprocess retort : cascading water ( for treatment of glass or plastic jars, syringues, ...) and Air /steam for pounches and for fast colling cycle.
