The main characteristics of the Horizontal Concrete Mixing Plants
- Division into pre-mounted subassemblies ensures a fast and cost-saving erection.
- In order to meet the specific requirements, three different types of aggregate storage can be allocated to the same mixing station: Star batcher, Presilo, Aggregate in-line silo
- Exact batching of aggregates, cement, filler, water and admixtures
- Separate operator’s stand with Stetter fully-automatic control system. Conventionally or in microcomputer technique with interface for data processing.
- The mixing plants are alternatively equipped with Stetter turbo mixer or BHS twin-shaft trough mixer.
