The device is designated for easy and comfortably lifting and turning of 300 l buggy. It consists of a column, motor with brake, drive system with two chains, straight fork, movable chute and safety fence. The movable chute is in special form to provide loading of cooking vessel. It is fixed to the column and automatically rotates to get the necessary position for loading. It is driven by pneumatic cylinder. The full buggy is placed in the fork of the lifter. When the vessel’s lid opens, the lifting process starts. The chute moves to the correct position and the buggy lifts and tilts. After loading the buggy and the cute move backwards to return in basic positions. Thanks to the electromechanical lock the safety fence is locked during the motion of the buggy. The device control panel is mounted on the outside of the fence. Because of the turning height the lifter is fixed also to the wall or ceiling. The machine is made of stainless steel 1.4301, excluding runner, chains and their wheels, and complies with the Council Directives 2006/42/ЕС and 2006/95/EC, and USDA regulations.
