The machine is designated for washing of smoking trolley (dimensions 1000х1000х2000 mm). It is cabin machine with built in ventilation system. The operator pushes the trolley in the machine and closes the door. Electromechanical lock prevents opening of the door during washing. Before starting the washing process the trolley is steamed to soften the contamination (when the machine is with steam heating). The washing process is performed by washing solution circulation in a closed filtered cycle. General water supply is used for rinsing. The washing agent is added manually in the tank before starting the machine (option – automatic dosing system). The desired water temperature can be adjusted between 30-60°C via thermostat. The water for washing can be heated by means of electric heaters, injector for direct steam. The duration of all processes is adjustable from the controller of the machine. The control panel and the electrical cabinet can be mounted on the right or on the left side of the machine. The machine is made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) and complies with the Council Directives 2006/42/ЕС and 2006/95/EC, and USDA regulations.
