The STORZ hydro cylinder series ZBI 2511 has been developed as a supplement to the cylinder series ZBD 2511. The hydro cylinders have installed proximity switches for notification of the end position.

The installation dimensions of these cylinders comply with ISO 6022, DIN 24333 and VW 39D921. The compact proximity switches are pressure-resistant up to 500 bar and operate without contact. The electrical connection is made using a plug connector.

The hydro cylinders are designed for a rated pressure of 250 bar.

They are available in 6 designs.
The use of these cylinders enables electrical monitoring of the piston end position, stroke rate or stroke sequence without the additional complex constructions for the mounting of external proximity switches
