Streamtek Corp.
STREAMTEK's Tool Cooler is a new solution to a very old problem. The Tool Cooler systems produces a flow of clean cold air flow at approximately 50º F (28º C) below compressed air supply temperature. The unit is muffled for quiet operation. It will remove heat to prolong your tool life and increase productivity on machining operations when liquid coolants simply cannot be used. In addition, there are no moving parts to wear out.
The STREAMTEK™ Tool Cooler often replaces costly mist coolants and improves the output and quality of all types of drying machining operations from plastics to metals. Made of heavy-gauge stainless steel, they are precision-machined, assembled and test under strict quality control. They will never rust or pit when exposed to water, coolants, or other corrosive materials.
An effective, low cost solution to a wide variety of industrial spot cooling and process cooling needs. Using an ordinary supply of compressed air as it's power source, Vortex Tubes create two streams of air, one cold and one hot, with no moving parts. Cold airflow and temperature are controlled by adjusting the valve at the "hot" end using a simple screwdriver. Temperatures from Temperatures from -40 °F (-40 C) to +250 °F ( 110 C)
