TS-1 is a measure converter that calculates an electrical motors torque in Nm and converts it to an output signal from 0-10 V.
Introduction:
- Torque measuring in a large frequency range 10-400 Hz
- Measuring takes place directly at motor wires. This prevents fault measuring caused by interruption or loss before and inside the frequency inverter
- Its possible to measure the torque from a separate motor when using a shared frequency inverter
- Simple installation even in existing installations, without extra mechanical components
- 24 V DC or AC power supply with galvanic isolation
- External hall current sensor for precise current measuring without the need for main current to flow through TS-1 witch gives a high safety
- Standard analog output 0-10V or 4-20mA
- Calibrations: 500 volt / 200 Amp. / cosö = 1 / 50Hz = 10 volt / 20 mA output signal witch is equal to 276 Nm when using a 2 pole motor with 1 winding trough the hall- sensor LA 205S and 100% range.
