The Efficent Cooling Outdoor line is developed to offer advanced solutions to improve the efficency and decrease the energy consuption.
Furnished with displacement units, it blows out cold air close to the ground at low speed (<1 m/s). The cold air absorbs the heat load and so rises naturally upward. This principle enables the displacement units to work more quietly and efficently.
Free Cooling
At low temperatures, cooling is direct with outside air, which is conveyed into the room when the air flap is open; in this case the energy intensive compressor cooling is not necessary.
When the outside temperature exceed a given threshold, freecooling is not enough. In the mixed mode the runtimes of the compressor are kept to a minimum by the simultaneous use of the freecooling and the compressor cooling.
