NUMBER OF START UPS ALLOWED FOR 15 000H : 3 600 start per hour (for a quicker rate, contact us).
* EXCEPTIONAL OUTPUT TORQUE 3 times the nominal torque
* REDUCTION RATIOS 55 ratios of 3 to 1000 with 3 reductions. 129 stages of 3 to 1000 in 4 stages.
For other ratios, contact us. The input and output shafts turn in the same direction.
* PLAY ON THE EXIT SHAFT this backlash is measured on the output shaft and subjected to a torque of 1 % of the nominal torque, the input shaft being locked.
Levels of preciseness :
classe 12 : backlash<= 12 min
classe 5 : backlash<= 5 min
classe 3 : backlash<= 3 min
classe 1 : backlash<= 1 min
classe 0 : on request
* TEMPERATURE - Authorized temperature at maximum speed : 150°
- Engine oil temperature reckoned while in operation under normal conditions for calculations : 90 °C
* LUBRIFICATION For normal use, our gearboxes are delivered with a synthetic oil of viscosity 150 (recommended oil : Kluber GH6150 or Fuchs Renoline PG150).
