Sunnex OSM is a machine mount designed for all applications with high requirements for efficient vibration damping, noise reduction and precise levelling. Sunnex OSM is specially engineered to prevent material fatigue from fast work cycle times and strong lateral forces. An adjustable bolt distributes the machine load to the support points in the mount. Vertical and horizontal forces are dampened by means of an integrated damper pad made of oil-resistant rubber.
Sunnex OSM is primarily designed for free-standing machines. Its excellent levelling properties makes Sunnex OSM the natural choice for most industrial machine types. Sunnex OSM 1 and OSM 2 are also available in stainless steel.
Depending on the model, Sunnex OSM withstands loads between 50 daN (kg) and 5500 daN (kg).
