Double Rotary Drilling Rig for CAP (Cased Auger Pile) followed specially with DTH hammer technology for the execution of CAP and high-effective hard rock penetration especially, recently this tried-and-tested system achieved reputed performance in the industry.
This system is typically made by an auger housed inside the casing that driven by two independent rotary table. It is an ideal technology for drilling projects in restricted urban area to eliminate vibration and disturbances to adjacent structures, reduces noise emissions and avoids waste materials due to the use of bentonite mud. Especially SUNWARD's CAP system can work with 500-2000mm Dia. of heavy-duty DTH hammer and external air compressor to penetrate the hard rock stratum. The specially designed full hydraulic or electrical pile driver has a 920mm dia. of strong mast, 80ton of rated extraction force , 5000mm of width during working to ensure its high stability and efficiency in working. The SWSD rig worked with DTH hammer has achieved wonderful performance in several tough projects in China for 500-1500mm dia., max. 36m depth of cased drilling.
