APPLICATION

Equipped with the connected unwind base, which is convenience on operation and space saving.
Equipped auto tension controller and surface type lay on roller on unwind base to make web wound out smoothly.
Driven by one A.C motor with 2 stages type length counter to make machine stops accurately.
Surface type winding able to press air out of log roll, and shaftless design can rewind any sizes of paper cores without changing machine parts.
Rewind tension is as clutch controls surface pressure roller, the tension is adjustable on different requests.
Central control system is as PLC unit and all of electrical devices are compliant to the latest European CE regulation for safety operation.
