2 shafts center-surface type winding, suitable for slitting various PVC, PET films.
FEATURES
Equipped with the separated shaft type unwind base, auto web guide and auto unwind tension controller.
Slitting by shear cutter, which was designed for slitting various papers.
Driven by one A.C motor with 2 stages type length counter to make machine stops accurately.
Surface type winding, able to adjust the air clutch to make different tension on surface roller to make perfect winding on all finished rolls.
Trimming unit is as suction blower, which has high performance and quick collecting for waste materials.
The connected type electric crane for jumbo roll loading and finished rolls unloading. In which provides quick core loading/unloading and labor saving in whole procedure.
