APPLICATION
2 shafts center type winding, suitable for slitter various label stocks, films & papers...etc.

FEATURES
Equipped with separated shaft type unwind base and auto unwind tension controller.
Driven by 3 connective A.C motors, which can control tension on air shaft and linear speed on different shafts.
Taking central rewinding type, the pressure roller will automatically keep moving away from rewinding shaft when the finished roll O.D is getting bigger.
Equipped with different shafts to make tension on each roll same even when the web thickness is not same.

Equipped with 3 leafs type rewinding air shaft and connected swing out type rack for unloading finished rolls.

Equipped with shear cutter, which is suitable for slitting various materials and trimming unit to strong blower.

All functions are operated under LCD touch panel control, which can be typed in various parameters directly, and is easy for data setting.

All of the electrical devices are compliant to the latest European CE regulation for safety operation.

Central control system is PLC unit and on maintenance it can be communicated with our company by telecom line for instant check and service.
