FeedLine
Svensk Industriautomation
Feedline is a module based product for parts that lie individually on a transport conveyor, in principle there are no limits regarding size or weight to which parts can be handled in a FeedLine. It could be complicated or fragile parts placed on the belt manually, but also integration in existing production lines where the parts are already separated.
FeedLine is usually the right option when the cycle time of the process is longer (more than 20 seconds) because it is a very flexible system with a high level of automation for a low cost. The conveyor belt is loaded in a short time. It then functions as a buffer, the system then runs unattended for a long period. The belt can be loaded when the system is in operation and at any time without needing to stop the system.
The system is easy to adapt to the customer's needs, there is great scope to meet the needs of automatic solutions for grading, fettling, marking, cleaning and quality control. Feedline can be equipped with any robot where reference is made to the cycle time, what weights are to be handled and the reach required. The robot normally places the ready parts directly on the pallet and sometimes with interlayer handling.
