PalletPicker 2D picks items directly from pallets, where the items are located in storage with or without an interlayer.

PalletPicker 2D is primarily intended for service where careful handling is important or where item weight is high. The system is easy to adapt to the customer's needs, there is great scope to meet the needs of automatic solutions for grading, fettling, marking, cleaning and quality control.

The robot picks one part at a time. After the first layer is completed the robot removes any interlayer and then picks the parts on the next layer until the pallet is empty.
