Machine easy to use, ideal to roll out cold dough for pizza and bread preparation. Mainly used by pizzerias, restaurants, diners. S/steel construction, food grade polyethylene rollers, adjustable thickness (from 0,5 mm to 4 mm). Available with parallel rollers or upper tilted roller, ideal for rounded pizzas.
