Description

High speed milling and finishing of non-ferrous materials for large components with a complex design HP line is the modular range of the HP series. It is used to process, in a single place, large-sized style models made in typical materials such as polyurethane, resin, wood, etc. Also ideal to process structures rolled or reinforced with fibre, fibreglass, composite materials, components with a complex shape used in various application industries, such as the nautical, aerospace, ground transport, energy sectors and many other industrial fields. The worktop, which is separate from the machine structure, can be customised to specific applications. It can be configured with a monolithic table with T-slots, secured to the floor or recessed, with guide rails for large-sized workpiece-holder carriages, or with framework structures for customised equipment, etc. The “HPline” Machining Centre is a milling machine 5-axis on the tool and commanded by a NC, consisting of a structure with Cartesian axes and a mobile crossbeam: Moving crossbeam sliding on guides positioned on side pillars: "Y" longitudinal axis. The carriage of the “X” transversal axis, which moves the vertical arm for the Z axis, slides on the beam. The axis end is the fastening element of the operating unit. Separate worktop from the machine bases Structures formed with a "alveolar" pattern and whose size is based on the principles of FEM finite element analysis integrated with dynamic simulation Motion is transmitted by Brushless motors coupled to precision gear reducers with pinions fastened onto them and running on hardened and ground precision racks with helical teeth.
