Radiant tube
INFRA
SYSTEMA
Systema manufactures a vast range of radiant tubes “U model” with a length of 6, 9 and 12 meters.
They are composed by a 28 or 45 kW burner, a steel radiant tube with a “U” form, in which high temperature fumes flown and a fan/extractor, on the side of the burner, which expels the combustion waste. The fan where that starts from the burner, makes a 180° curve and return to the suction/fan, near the burner to exhaust the combustion products.
The heated “U” tube emits infrared radiations that heat all the solid bodies in the heating area by radiation.
Systema can supply linear radiant tubes, too. They are called Mono radiant tube: burner and suction fan are at the opposite side in this model. Mono radiant tubes are used mainly in industrial and farming applications, whose lengths are from 9 to 24m.
Another version is radiant tube INFRA type BAF, with burners in series; they are used to heat intensive farming.
In all the cases, the fumes circuit works in depression respect to the environment in order to guarantee a total security.
The main features of Systema radiant tubes are:
- Possibility to heat single zones;
- Heat concentration on the floor;
- No air circulation in the space where the equipment is installed;
- Limited air stratification between the floor and the ceiling;
- No suspended dust;
- More thermal comfort when working, while breathing fresh air;
- Healthier spaces;
- No need for the construction of a thermal central;
- Low thermal inertia of the whole system;
- Possibility to heat different zones with different temperatures;
