TABER's Linear Abraser was designed to test virtually any size or shape specimen and is especially useful to evaluate ink adhesion of decorated plastics or other products. This versatile instrument can also be used to evaluate material properties including resistance to wear, scratch (single or multiple pass), marring, scrape, color transfer [commonly referred to as crocking or a crockmeter], plus others. With the universal or a custom attachment, 'real world' testing and other forms of material durability can be performed.
