Teledyne Analytical Instrument's model 3000ZA2G and 3000ZA2G-XL are zirconium oxide trace/ percent oxygen analyzers. The models work with the functionality of zirconium oxide (ZrO2) sensing technology, offering a solution for universal oxygen monitoring in inert gas applications. The 3000ZA2G's microprocessor-based electronics use a menu-driven functionality. To display all menu functions and parameters, users are provided a large, luminescent LCD and alphanumeric display. A preamplifier with multiple stage gains supports a wide dynamic operating range with reliable performance. Users can also reset the ranges of the instruments. The analyzers also employ 0-1 VDC and 4-20 mA (isolated) analog outputs and a self-diagnostics feature with Form-C system alarm contact. When used in conjunction with a TAI Valve box, a Profibus DP communications option is allowed.
