1. B series spindle bearing
Features: optimized inner parameters, mainly used for high precise and high speed inner cylindrical grinding.
a. Including B70 series, B72 series, contact angle: C:15°;
b. Cage: outer ring guided phenolic resin cage (no mark);
c. Ball material: steel (no mark), ceramic (HQ1);
d. Only p2, p4 for high precision series;
e. High and super high speed capacity, suitable for rigid preload and oil mist/air lubrication.
2. H series super high speed electric spindle bearing
Features: Analytically optimized design, minimize sliding of balls in high speed. Both rings having low shoulder is suitable for oil bath and oil jet lubrication.
a. Including H70 and H19 series.
b. Contact angle: C: 15°, AC: 25°
c. Ball material: steel (no mark), ceramic (HQ1)
d. Cages: outer ring guided phenolic resin cage (no mark), ball guided polyamide resin cage (TN1)
3. H series with seal on both sides
Features: both sides with non-contact seal, simplified the design of sealing for the bearing on machine tool, easy to load strong water-tolerant grease lubricant.
a. Including H70series, H72series, 719series;
b. Contact angle: C: 15°, AC: 25°;
c. Cage: ball guided polyamide resin cage (TN1);
d. Ball material: steel (no mark), ceramic (HQ1);
e. Single flange on inner and outer ring which allows bigger space inside the bearing, which is favorable to storing more lubricant, improved the lubricity of the bearing and prolonged the life of bearing.
