Shotblasting machines for large boilers. Designed using rollers or chain-drawn trolleys or platforms to carry the work through the shotblasting booth, these units are especially suitable for shotblasting complex parts, and are normally used for treating boilers and similar parts. Once the parts to be cleaned have been welded and trimmed, they are placed on trolleys or directly on the rails and are carried through the shotblasting machine at an adjustable speed, subjected to abrasive jets at different angles from several turbines. They are cost-effective replacements for manual shotblasting using compressed air in large shotblasting booths.
