Fans are used in many industrial sectors: in the ventilation field, in aspiration, in pneumatic transport, in the mechanical exhaust of fumes and in air conditioning. They are used for aspiration and for conveying air, from clean air to very dusty air containing sawdust, granular and filamentous particles. These fans are generally made of carbon sheet steel or 316/304 stainless steel.
