Semi-automatic laser marking machine

of the machine allowed to build a further semi-automation for water meter dials. These are marked by an ALFALAS® laser component and printed with 2 colours by a standard tampon printing machine "V 60/90" in the tampon printing process.
The ALFALAS® marking laser "SK 86-E" marks the water meter dials with a serial number and the 2- colour tampon printing machine "V 60/90 DUO" prints scales and a 2-colour logo with precision and registration accuracy. The combination of laser and tampon printing technologies has proved successful for decades in the fittings industry or for the Day & Night Design in the automobile industry and is considered as the domain of TAMPOPRINT® AG.
