OPU is a digital overload indicator used for overload control and load supervision. OPU is applied to cranes, hoisting equipment, elevators, forklift trucks, mobile cranes etc. for the purposes of overload protection and service optimization. OPU performs as "black box of airplane" in above applications.

- Three adjustable alarm limits, which can set for each relay individually
- Can be connected to other OPUs, radio systems, GSM and other equipment with serial connection. The relays can be controlled through serial ports.
- Removable 2x16 character LCD display with backlight
- Five key keyboard
- Easy and digital calibration with keyboard. Partial load calibration is possible. No trimmer resistor.
- Fully configurable eeprom based parameter memory
- Real time clock, date and time
- Constant supervision of load cell excitation voltage and load cell signal during operation
