E002 internal bayonet mechanical level gauge cap, passage diameter 40 mm, with different types of sealing gasket in relation to the fluid in the tank. It’s available in different materials and, on request, we manufacture types with all metal components in stainless steel for nautical applications and corrosive environments. This product is hermetic and it has been designed to allow pressure tightness up to 0,2 bar. E002 bayonet mechanical level gauge can be used with different inclinations up to the maximum recommended angle to the vertical of 20°. We can supply it in different lengths (minimum 90 mm, maximum recommended 540 mm: for longer lengths we suggest you to directly contact the Technical Office) and with customized dials, also with your company logo or writings (“Oil”, “Diesel”, “Fuel”, “Gas” or others on request). The construction characteristics of our liquid level indicators guarantee the non-deformability of the body in which float moves. The best operating conditions of our E002 visual level indicator caps are guaranteed when they are supplied in combination with our bayonet filling systems passage diameter 40 mm. This product is used in many applications, especially on equipment subject to high vibrations, such as wheeled generating sets, wheeled motor pumps, wheeled light towers, earth moving machines, excavators, and so on. Since it doesn’t require a power source for functioning, this product is also ideal for tanks used in remote areas or where electricity is not available.
