BETM soil investigation drilling rigs are drilling rigs with the best compromise of compactness / power / weight, to be mounted in TBM tunnel machines.

Use
BETM is used to realize soil investigations like coring or destructive drilling with parameter recording in front of the tunnelling machine. BETM can also be used to realize drillings for grouting with advancing method.

Versatility
Thanks to its compactness, the BETM rigs are easily incorporated into TBM tunnel machines. BETM rigs can use the hydraulic power-pack of the tunnel
machine or an independent power-pack.

Performance
BETM rigs can drill with a coring method, with a roller (destructive method) with parameter recording, or with a bottom hammer.

Safety
The BETM soil investigation drilling rig was designed with the last safety technologies including the passive system of emergency stop. This system
instantaneously stops all the moving functions of the machine (rotation, translation of the head, hammer), without voluntary human intervention. The BETM rigs are also equipped with a separated control panel for all functions of
the machine.
