TECAUMA's wooden punnet destacker is a machine which automatically destacks wooden punnets, which are commonly used for hte packaging of fruits and vegetables or oysters. The operator manually places the stacks of empty punnets on the input conveyor. The punnets are unstacked automatically and dispatched one by one on the output conveyor. When a stack has been completely destacked, the machine automatically carries on with the following stack. The input conveyor has a capacity of 3 punnet stacks. The rate of the wooden punnet destacker is 5 seconds per punnet. This machine makes it possible to avoid the splinters or scratches on hands caused by a manual destacking of the wooden punnets.
