The RSX26 is a compact, air cooled, table-top resistance seam welder (RSEW), perfect for small scale longitudinal or circular seam welds. When mated with leading manufacturers high frequency or capacitive discharge weld controllers, the RSX26 can perform spot, roll spot, or continuous resistance seam welds. The rollers are designed with custom profiles, materials, and diameters to meet specific customer requirements. The roller speed and force are fully configurable and are set with each part’s weld schedule using techMatrix WeldWorks™ Software Suite.
