HBR50 techMatrix, LLC

The HBR50 machine is ideal for various thermo-compression applications like hot bar reflow soldering, heat seal bonding, and heat staking. The HBR50 integrates a pulsed temperature controller/transformer and can be configured with any combination of X, Y, Z, or theta stages. The machine is controlled with our WeldWorks™ Software Suite that manages thousands of temperature profiles and parts across the enterprise.

Typical Applications:
-Attaching flex circuits, ribbon cable, or wires to PCB's
-Joining heat seal edge connectors to PCB's
-Attaching anisotropic conductive films (ACF) connectors and devices
-Plastic heat staking.

techMatrix can design custom fixtures, jigs, and thermodes and provide our exclusive freewheel polyimide interposer to prevent thermode flux contaimination.
