O’Box® Technibag

Modern, hard-wearing and fully automated, the O'BOX® box shaping machine makes it possible to shape boxes of 2 to 20 litres at high speed. The machine performs its functions automatically and in continuous cycle: box opening, closure of lower flaps, squaring and guided ejection of the shaped box.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT :
- Compact chassis with standard box storage tray
- Box reloading without need to shutdown machine
- Rotating arm for full box opening
- Support plate with suction pads for 3 box sizes (other sizes available as option)
- Work rates up to 900 boxes per hour
- Box squaring performed during shaping
- Operator communication via indicator lights and sound alert
- Connection kit for C' Booster
- Shaped box ejection via motorized guide rails
- Equipment compliant with the following Machinery Directives 42/2006/CE
