Scope of application : Wine, fruit juice, water, milk, syrup, alcoholic beverages, soup... LINEA PACK® LINEA can be used to fill vacuum bag containers ranging from 2 to 20 litres Suitable for use with the following tap models: Vitop, Flex-Tap, Press-Tap, Vinitap. Other models as option.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT :
- Filling head which guarantees non-drip filling
- Hydraulic circuit which can be sterilised with hot water, steam or chemicals
- Siemens Touch screen with integrated modem (optional modem card) displaying
the different operating modes : work, maintenance, settings (with « repeat
» function), cleaning,...
- Integrated CIP circuit with liquid outlet for fixed work stations and
automated cleaning of vacuum and nitrogen circuits
- Vacuum monitoring and control : pressure and activation (integrated
anti start-up safety device)
- 360° multi-directional finger retainer plate
- Box shaper with squaring, bottom sealing and pressing functions
- Bag, tap and box detection... with associated alarm signals
- Overlapping flap closure kit as standard on box shaper and sealer
- Bag insertion chute adaptable to all box formats
