Semi-automatic fi lling machines for vacuum bags

With its modern design and functions, its compact size and ergonomic shape, SYMPATY® is an easy-to-use compilation of simple technology, offering the opportunity for increased productivity and a guarantee of the quality of the packaged product. 3-step filling process : 1)tap removal. 2)removes air from the bag, meters flow and fills bag - nitrogen injection (if option) 3)tap fitting.

For wine, fruit juice, water, milk, syrup, alcoholic beverages, soup,...
SYMPATY® can be programmed to fill vacuum bags ranging from 2 to 30
litres. Suitable for use with the following tap models: Vitop, Flex-Tap,
Press-Tap, Vinitap. Other models as option.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT :
- Chassis equipped with 4 wheels and a box support tray
- Pump with stainless steel casing and turbine, 82 hl.p.h flow-rate,
equipped with full drainage function and inverter
- Multi-lingual display panel with a range of functions : cycle counter,
statistics, troubleshooting, maintenance, ...
- Integrated CIP circuit with automated cleaning of the vacuum circuit
- Purge on shutdown and start-up
- Cleaning tube with jointing tip
- Vacuum monitoring and control : pressure and activation (integrated
anti start-up safety device)
- 360° multi-directional finger retainer plate
- Pressure gauge with integrated 5 micron mini-filter
