iPOS360x SX Multi-axis Motion System
The iPOS360x SX provides a compact, ready to run solution for multi-axis applications up to 4 axes, based on Technosoft new family of iPOS drives. Using iPOS3602 or iPOS3604 intelligent drives, the iPOS360x SX multi-axis motion system offers a cost effective solution for control of up to 4 rotary or linear brushless, DC brushed, or step motors with powers up to 144 W and voltages up to 36 V.
iPOS360x SX Features:
* 4-axis motion system with iPOS3602 or iPOS3604 drives
* Compact solution: 100.3 x 98 x 37 mm
* Standalone operation using drives embedded motion controller
* Power supply: 9-36 VDC, logic supply: 7-36 VDC
* Output current / axis:
- iPOS3604: 4 A continuous, 10 A peak
- iPOS3602: 2 A continuous, 3.2 A peak
* Communication between axes: CAN-bus up to 1 Mbit/s
* CAN-bus protocols: CANopen (CiA301, 305, 402) or TMLCAN selectable via a jumper
* RS-232 (up to 115 k) and Ethernet 100 Mb/s (optional) for system setup
* Each drive offers:
- High performance control of rotary or linear brushless, DC brush and step motors
- Torque, speed or position control
- Feedback options: incremental encoders, single-ended, differential RS-422 and 1 Vpp sine/cosine, digital or linear Hall sensors
- Powerful Technosoft Motion Language (TML) instruction set for the definition and execution of motion sequences (TMLCAN protocol)
* 5 digital inputs, 3 digital outputs, 2 analogue inputs
* Protections to over-current, short-circuit, earth fault, over- and under-voltage, I2t, control error
