The imaging analysis of light sources and illuminated scenes is getting more and more important.
The LMK 98-4 color / HighRes color camera is equipped with a filter wheel adapted to the color matching functions of the 2° CIE standard observer (CIE 1931) for color measurement. Thus, luminances and color coordinates can be measured in a spatially resolved way.
The filter wheel has 6 filter positions, with 4 filters being required for color measurement. Furthermore, the measuring system can be equipped with additional filters for the scotopic luminance V'(λ), the circadian principal function C(λ), with an IR filter (measurements in the NIR range λ=780-1000 nm), the filter for blue light hazard (BLH) or a clear glass filter.
