Designed as an alternative to traditional Spray Wash cleaning methods, the Immersion/Agitation Systems are excellent for degreasing a wide range of intricate component parts and are also ideal for use as a primary wash for heavily soiled parts, prior to a secondary spray wash application.

Components are simply placed into the machines component basket and then gently lowered into the heated cleaning solution by an air powered cylinder with push button control.

Once the machines lid is closed and the safety interlock engaged, the wash process cycle button can be activated.

The loaded component basket is then moved in a vertical up and down motion, which produces a fl ushing force between the cleaning fluid and the components surfaces.

This flushing force produces a very fast and effective cleaning action, which is ideal for removing solid particles, oils, coolants and grease from both the internal and external surfaces of a wide range of component parts.
