he TWL is best suited to medium duty, standard component cleaning applications, while the AQT range of Single Stage Top Loaders have been designed and built to suit the most difficult degreasing applications.
The cleaning process is achieved by high volumes of detergent and water solution being sprayed onto the parts from all directions via high efficiency spray jets. Due to the temperature of the cleaning solution most parts will fl ash dry due to parts surface heat retention.
Both of these product ranges offer excellent, high quality cleaning results and are ideally suited for the batch cleaning of all types of new and re-manufactured component parts.
Typical users include general engineering companies, the component part remanufacturing sector, the aerospace industry for inter-stage cleaning, numerous truck and bus companies within the automotive sector and the railway industry.
Standard load table dimensions range from 380mm - 1500mm diameter.
