TFW series small-size brushless three-phase synchronous alternator is connected directly with engine or by belt,can be used as mobile or fixed small-size generating station in no-man on duty communication station,electric-drive tools,medicine mechanism,film mechanism,building stand-by power-supply,and lighting in city and town or working sites and pastoral area.The alternator adopts that A.C exciter mounting on the shaft of the generator, revolving rectifer and excites the generator, realizing no brush excitation.This avoids the traditional brush device which would cause breakdown because the reliability of the generator and easy for mantenance and reduce largely the radio jamming.The generator provide singli-phase single frequency voltages,the rated voltage is 400V,the frequency is 50Hz,the powerfactor is 0.8 lag.The generator has no brush,equipped with automatic voltage regulator which can increase the excitation adaptability during the flutuation of the voltage.It can excite by itself and has stable voltage.It is easy to set up voltage The distortion of voltage wave is small.The voltage regulating precision is high,when the load of generator is 0-100% or 100%-0,the variation rate of frequency is not larger than 3% of the rated frequency(It is 51.5Hz when no-load,50Hz when full-load),when power factor is 0.8 lag,the voltage regulating rate≦2.5%.
