They can be supplied in various configurations depending on the specific requirements or constraints, according to the operating environment or industrial sector involved.
As you can see from the photographs, our products offer a wide range of configurations which go from a simple ground based manually operated arm attached to a post, to a complete station with a metallic structure, folding gangway, servo controlled arm and even automated surveillance of the transfer.
Example of composition of unloading/Filling shift including/understanding:
1/ A complete metal structure and platform
2 arms of the 263R type, heated, with recovery of vapors
3 a footbridge with flap of the type PA4 (4 steps of width 800mm with arch of safety of 1500mm X 1500mm)
4 a control control cubicle with automat controlling the transfer operations
For the station (Photo attached) the loading arm is equipped with an suction tap of the vapors released during the loading, with a probe of detection of level anti-overflow and with a reheating with double envelope vapor or thermal oil.
