The first are manufactured from hollow or solid section sheets of extruded aluminium, joined together by polyurethane section. The shutters are fastened either by screws or rivets, which enables the aluminium sheets to be replaced easily, if they are damaged.
The riveted shutters are made from a central polyester material, highly-tear resistant and coated on both sides with a PVC material. The central material on these shutters can be coated on both sides by flat sheets of steel, bronze or aluminium.
